Role Overview:

Are you an aspiring Analyst eager to explore the dynamic world of client-facing financial services? Join our 24-month Rotational Analyst Program, launching this July, and gain hands-on experience across key business areas while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in Product and Coverage.

 

What You’ll Experience

This immersive program is designed to prepare you for future roles in Product and Coverage through structured rotations in:

  • Corporate Coverage & Institutional Coverage – Learn how we build and manage relationships with top-tier clients.
  • Financial Markets – Dive into the fast-paced environment of trading, sales, and market strategy.
  • Capital Markets – Understand how we structure and execute deals that shape the financial landscape.

Training & Certification

  • Receive industry-leading training from Fitch Learning, tailored to accelerate your development.
  • Complete FINRA licensing exams to ensure you're fully equipped for client-facing responsibilities.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Candidates at the Analyst level with a passion for financial services and client engagement.
  • Individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to rotate across diverse teams.

 

Responsibilities

 Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare pitch books, financial summaries, and relationship reviews
  • Monitor client portfolios (product usage, credit exposure, service metrics)
  • Support reporting (pipeline tracking, model input, credit reviews)
  • Facilitate client onboarding (KYC, account setup, compliance)
  • Track market trends (bond issuance, ratings, yield curves, regulatory changes, economic data)
  • Support senior management in team goals
  • Build network contacts to advance business

 

Qualifications

 

Education and experience required: 

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Interest in finance, economics and/or global financial markets
  • Desire to learn and build their professional skill set

 

Key skills and knowledge required:

  • Strong GPA of at least 3.0
  • Interest in finance, economics and/or global financial markets
  • Desire to learn and build their professional skill set
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Collaborative, team player and detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented

 

Salary Range: $95,000
