As a Product Owner, you’ll lead a focused product area (2–3 features, journeys, or technology components), crafting the roadmap, prioritizing what matters most, and partnering with engineering and senior partners to turn strategy into impact. The opportunity

This role is critical to ensuring that business and technology strategy translate into tangible, well‑governed outcomes that deliver real value to customers and colleagues. By owning priority features and leading delivery with strong risk, resilience, and change governance, the successful Product Owner will directly influence product performance, operational stability, and the organization’s ability to move at pace and scale.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and drive the product roadmap and team backlog, translating strategy and customer needs into clear, meaningful priorities.
  • Define and refine user stories in partnership with Engineering and Customer Journey teams to improve end‑to‑end experiences.
  • Ensure successful delivery through strong change governance, business readiness, and operational resilience.
  • Lead product risk management, incident investigation, and contingency planning to protect stability and outcomes.
  • Develop delivery ways of working by implementing frameworks, mentoring others, and collaborating with integrators and suppliers.
  • Facilitate quarterly Big Room Planning to align stakeholders, priorities, and delivery commitments.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability leading technology delivery and management.
  • Strong expertise in technology governance, risk controls, and operating in regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to manage financials, including operational and change budgets.
  • Deep experience delivering sophisticated technology initiatives, spanning project management, quality engineering, and integrator oversight.
  • Comfortable working with enterprise delivery and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA Align) and ensuring delivery transparency and compliance.
  • High integrity leader with audit experience and a strong dedication to continuous improvement and professional development.
